Use of The PC Professional Website constitutes agreement to all the Terms & Conditions listed on this page.
All details are considered accurate at the time of publishing.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
All errors and omissions are excepted.
Pricing is applied at the time of invoice.
Returns may be accepted for credit or refund if returned to The PC Professional within a reasonable period of the date of invoice.
Title of all goods and all materials supplied by The PC Professional does not pass to the Customer until fully paid and all cheques are cleared.
Any product may be withdrawn from sale at any time without notice.
All product images are representative only. Actual appearance may differ.
Prices are volatile and can change at any time and without notice. Warranty: All products are warranted from the date of invoice.
Warranty does not cover damage to other items used in conjunction with invoiced goods.
Labor warranty on sytems built by The PC Professional is for one year. Additional years can be purchased on request.
Labor warranty covers work done by The PC Professional on sytems built by The PC Professional.
Labor Warranty is void if work is carried out by anyone other than The PC Professional on systems built by The PC Professional.
The definition of 'work' above includes but is not limited to the installation and removal of: memory, PCI, ISA, AGP and PCIe cards; hard, floppy, and optical drives; processors; power supplies; motherboards; fans.
All products are warranted as indicated in the description field pertaining to the product Returns: All products are deemed functional at the date of invoice.
All warranty returns to the place of business of The PC Professional is at the customers expernse.
The return of all warranty repair/replacement products to the customer is at the expense of The PC Professional.
Products returned to The PC Professional for warranty repair/replacement and deemed functional by The PC Professional will incur a testing fee at the customers expense and the return of such products to the customer is at the customers expense. Delivery & Stock Purchasing: Turnaround times from order placement and confirmed receipt of payment to receipt of goods by the customer or at the shopfront can vary.
It is usual for non-stocked items to be received at the Shopfront within 3 full working days of confirmed receipt of payment.
The PC Professional cannot guarentee delivery times. All orders are subject to delivery time delays that are not under the control of The PC Professional.
All orders to our distributers are placed twice per week, Mondays and Wednesdays. By minimising our courier costs we can maintain our great pricing.
For those customers with urgent requirements we can order the same day as confirmed receipt of payment, however an additional courier charge will apply.
For standard customer orders, if payment cannot be confirmed before 12:00pm on an ordering day, the order will be placed with the next distributer order.
Allow five working days to pass before checking on the status of all couriered orders.
Should any event compromise the normal delivery process, the customer will be notified.
Customers will be notified of dispatch by email on the same day goods are dispatched to the customer. Payment: No product will be supplied until full payment is received, cleared and confirmed.
Non-stocked items must be fully pre-paid.
Confirmed receipt of all card and cheque transactions takes 1 business day.
The PC Professional account details are supplied in the email received by the customer upon order submission.
Please specify the order number along with any financial transactions where possible.
Internet transfer, direct deposit, cash and cheque are acceptable methods of payment.
Confirmation of payment is at the discretion of The PC Professional.
Mastercard & VISA transactions attract a 2.5% surcharge, AMEX is 3.5%.
All EFT transactions at the shopfront attract a 1% surcharge.
Cash, cheque, direct deposit and internet transfers do not attract any surcharge.
Please be aware The PC Professional takes no responsibility for delays incurred by financial institutions and internet transfers can take several days. Support: The PC Professional supplies a free 6 monthly service to all local customers who have purchased a new system from The PC Professional that is still under warranty.
Local customers and systems are defined at the discretion of The PC Professional.
